Scientific refferences in Ramayana part - 6

In the battle between Lord Sri Ramachandra and Lord Ravana of Lanka, there is a mention of *Kumbhakarna, an extremely powerful demon*.  After sleeping for six months, Kumbhakarna was awakened with difficulty by the Rakshasena army (Army of Ravana ) and stood on the huge smoky battlefield.  Vanarasena (Army of Monkeys ) started running away in fear seeing that huge and *Ajasra Rakshasa.* Seeing that, Lord *Sri Ramachandra asked Bibhishana who is this Rakshasa?*

🚩*आचक्ष्व सुमहान् कोऽसौ रक्षो वा यदि वासुरः।*

*न मयैवंविधं भूतं दृष्टपूर्वं कदाचन ॥ ७ ॥* 🚩

Vibhishana!  Tell me!  Who is this big man?  Who is a demon or an Asura?  *I have never seen such an animal before.* 

 Before coming to Lanka, *ShriRam* had given throat bath to many demons like Tatika, Khar, Dushan, Marich.* So he knew for sure what the demons were like and how they looked.  But seeing Kumbhakarna here, *ShriRam says that I have never seen such a demon anywhere before. It definitely looks different from other monsters.* Being a robot, it must look different from other monsters.

🚩 *उच्यन्तां वानराः सर्वे यंत्रमेतत् समुच्छ्रितम् ।*

*इति विज्ञाय हरयो भविष्यन्तीह निर्भयाः ॥ ३३ ॥*

All the monkeys should be told that this is not a person;  *It is a tall machine created by Maya.* After knowing this, the monkeys (Vanarasena ) will become fearless.

🚩 *प्रक्षिप्ताः कुम्भकर्णेन वक्त्रे पातालसंनिभे |*

*नासापुटाभ्यां निर्जग्मुः कर्णाभ्याम् चैव वानरा: ||* 🚩

The mouth of this Kumbhakarna looked like a huge hole in the abyss.  Vanarasena was entering through his mouth and coming out through his nose.  Now see *Is it possible to enter through the mouth of a living animal and come out through the nose?* This makes it more likely that Kumbhakarna must be a robot.

The above verse *Bibhishan addresses Sri Rama.* In this Bibhishan says that O Lord!  We should tell the monkeys who are running away in fear at the sight of this huge smoke that Kumbhakarna is not a person.  So there is *Yantra (Machine) created by Maya*.  Knowing this, the monkeys will not be afraid.  Here *Bibhishan himself is saying that this Kumbhakarna is a yantra with immense expansion.* Those who have Ramayana should definitely read the given verse and its meaning in Ramayana.  I am not writing anything here that is different from my own.  If this is the case, then Ravana in Treta Yuga knew more advanced techniques of making robots than today.

 Now you say that *Kumbhakarna was married.  Then how is he a robot?* Kumbhakarna's wife was named Vajramala and had children.  Hanumanta killed his sons in battle.  Kumbhakarna must have been driving the robot sitting inside this *superhuman robot.* So it seems that the *robot also got the name Kumbhakarna*.

Ravana had all the equipment useful for war.  Ravana's son Meghnad had different types of fire arrows (Missiles), sophisticated planes used in war and Ravana had a Pushpak plane with all the facilities.  With such well-equipped machinery, Ravana could easily have a robot.

 *Note: I have expressed the above opinion while studying Ramayana from a scientific point of view.  Not everyone will agree with my opinion.*

 *In the discourses of the Ramayana only the story of Rama is told.  It is our tragedy that the scientific references in Ramayana do not come to light because science is not mentioned in it.*
